When to start

Children as young as 7 or 8 years old can start strength training, as long as they are supervised and use proper form.

Children should be able to follow directions and practice proper form.

Soccer kids can perform speed and agility training 2–4 days per week.

Each agility session should last a maximum of 30 minutes

Each session lasts 90 minutes

Each session has 4 stations to focus

Program Schedule
5 minutes warm-up & stretching
20 minutes - speed&agility - strength&conditioning
20 minutes - technical work
5 minutes water break
20 minutes - shooting clinics (with goalkeepers)
20 minutes - small side games
